Prices quoted are in US$ but payments in euro and Stg£ equivalents are also accepted.
These prices are not fixed and it may be possible to negotiate the price directly with us. We believe that we offer exceptional value. We want guests in our home!!

As we said, talk to us about pricing; Late Booking Rates Are often Available
Rental charges are inclusive of Electricity (but pool heat is extra, if required), Water, Air-Conditioning & Heating, local phone calls, Television, use of Pool, Trash Collection, Taxes and Housekeeping/Cleaning - before and after your stay, Maintenance of the gardens plus Servicing/Cleaning of the Pool during your stay, use of Linens, Towels and all Furniture and equipment, Fixtures and Fittings.
Booking And Payment Procedure
- Please check the availability of your desired dates.
- A reservation will remain valid for a period of 10 days.
- Bookings must be confirmed by sending a completed Booking Form together with a booking deposit as agreed with us.
The Booking Form and deposit must be received within 10 days of making the provisional reservation.
- The full balance (see Terms and Conditions) must be received by a date agreed with us, normally 6 weeks prior to departure.
- For bookings within 6 weeks of departure, we normally request the full amount at the time of booking.
- All payments to be in US$ or euro unless otherwise arranged with us.
Payments can be made by cheque or wire transfer.
All charges incurred when making wire/electronic transfers are to be borne by the guest.
Directions and other important information is sent to you following payment of the balance.

We recommend that adequate travel/holiday/medical insurance be arranged for all members of your party at the time of booking |
